Description
After harvest, the grapes are dried for at least 4 months, during which time they lose at least 40% of their weight. Notes of blackberry and black cherry jam with a strong and spicy touch and hints of candied citrus fruit. Full and strong structure based on dense and ripe fruit notes, accompanied by aromas of spices, chocolate and coffee rich and well integrated tannins.
