Linie Aquavit is an exclusive Norwegian aquavit produced by Arcus AS in Oslo. It is world famous for its journey around the world. Aged in sherry casks and shipped as deck cargo on a 4-month journey, Linie Aquavit achieves its golden color and its unique taste, which can neither be copied nor recreated artificially. On the journey, the "line" or equator is crossed twice - hence the name. Seen through the bottle, on the back of each bottle's label is written when and with which ship the relevant Linie Aquavit has crossed the equator
