JP Chenet Mini Cab.- Syr. 0.25 L France Languedoc-Roussillon / 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Syrah / Colour: Ruby red, intense and clear / Wine description: The grape is harvested when it is fully ripe. This is followed by de-stemming, crushing, must treatment and careful pressing. The fermentation lasts between 6 and 12 days at controlled temperatures (approx. 30 °C). The wine is further processed in containers in order to preserve its rich content of aromas. / Nose: Cherry, blackcurrant, green pepper, licorice and spices / Mouth: A round and inviting wine, rich in aromas and full-bodied. / Recommendation: Red meat, sausage products, salad, many types of cheese
