Description
France Cotes de Gascogne / Sauvignon Blanc and Colombard / Color: Shiny light, very light yellow with greenish shades / Wine description: The grapes are harvested before ripening to benefit from the perfect state of health. They are then quickly pressed at low temperatures. Fermentation takes place at very low temperatures (12-17 °C) to preserve the aromas. This is followed by a rapid clarification of the wine, which is aged at low temperatures. / Nose: Tones of pears, peaches and white flowers / Mouth: A dry, fine and lively wine, with pear aromas / Recommendation: Aperitif, fish and shellfish
