JP Chenet Cinsault Grenache 3.0 L BiB France Languedoc-Roussillon / 70% Cinsault, 30% Grenache / Color: Very sparkling light rosé / Wine description: The grape is harvested when fully ripe. This is followed by de-stemming, crushing, must treatment and careful pressing. The maceration lasts a few hours, after which the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at very low temperatures (15-18° C). Further production takes place in steel containers at low temperatures. / Nose: Very expressive, red berries, strawberries, spicy nuances. / Mouth: Fresh, elegant, full, balanced, should be drunk young. / Recommendation: Fried ham, grilled meat
