Description
Wine description: Deep color with a light, dark red tinge. The aroma is full of dark berries, vegetables, tobacco and sweet licorice. The taste is elegant with a rich sweet fruit that is balanced by the fine acidity. The grapes are fermented at 24-28 degrees, and as soon as the must has achieved a satisfactory grape sweetness, the fermentation is stopped by adding a 77% grape spirit in a ratio of 1-5. Subsequently, the must is placed in used oak barrels for 4-6 years, before the wine is bottled and released for sale. Suitable for: Cheeses and mild desserts.
