Description
AU, which is the chemical term for gold, is produced from perfectly sun-ripened grapes from Apulia in southern Italy. AU BIANCO has a very charming, fresh and fruity aroma of ripe tropical fruits followed by a soft and rich mouthfeel which is finished by a pleasant natural acidity. The wine is a fantastic companion to dishes with various fish and shellfish, salads or as an aperitif. Enjoy the wine at a serving temperature of 8-10 degrees.
