Aalborg Fad is a schnapps that brings new life to the lunch table. The schnapps contains an aquavit that has aged for 4 months in sherry casks and Caribbean rum with an aging period of more than 20 years. The taste is mild and warm with hints of orange and lemon peel. Perfect for blue cheese or smoked meat and fish.
