Found in the northern part of the Alsace district, this grape is one of the most popular grapes in France, which is not saying much. Cave du Roi Dagobert, the winery behind this wine, is also known for their high level of quality, which is also expressed in the Alsace Pinot Blanc Dagobert. The aroma is characterized by fresh fruits such as citrus and grape, while the taste is dominated by a mild acidity that makes the wine dry and crisp. You get the best out of Pinot Blanc Dagobert if you serve it well chilled - we recommend 7-9 degrees. The fresh taste and aroma is a sure hit if you need white wine for lighter dishes and/or fish.
