In a 200-year-old barn at Falls Farm in the picturesque village of Harrington in England, you will find a fantastic little gin distillery. A number of fantastically aromatic gins are made here. They grow all the ingredients themselves on the farm, and the water comes from the farm's own natural spring. In the production of this elderflower gin, only fresh elderflowers are used, which are hand-picked from their own farm – these are harvested only once a year. Warner's Elderflower Gin captures the very essence of a British summer's day, from field to bottle in just hours. The elderflower is added to their Dry Gin and subsequently watered down with their spring water, as well as a little sugar. The result is a balanced gin that is soft, sweet and delicately scented with elderflower. Enjoy over ice cream.
