"Torres 10 Gran Reserva is one of Torres' finest brandies. It has been produced for several years and is made exclusively from the traditional Catalan grapes, Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada. After distillation, Torres 10, Gran Reserva ages in the famous family cellar in handmade American oak casks and using the famous Spanish Solera System. After long and careful aging, one is able to produce a very fine brandy with an elegant and very distinctive character. Only after this process can it be called a Gran Reserva. This "Solera" blend - the oldest, which is 10 years old - has a fine color like the stone topaz, an intense aroma of spices (cinnamon and vanilla). The taste is round and full, and has a pleasant aftertaste in which the aromatic overtones of oak become apparent."
