A red wine with an intense violet ruby red colour. The bouquet is fruity with strong notes of plum, cherry and mulberry. The aroma also has a vegetal edge of ripe red pepper and the taste is complex with jam, spinach and chocolate. Aging in casks gives this wine pleasant notes of smoke and toast that bring out the spices. The structure is soft with rounded tannins and medium body.
